Prayer Focus: The Godzwa Family and Priscilla Greer

The Godzwa Family

David, Kelly, Rebekah, Joseph, and Jonathan–MÉRIDA, YUCATÁN

Godzwa Family

Their current involvement:

  1. The Godzwa family is focusing on the area of discipleship in Merida and the surrounding area, and their desire is to teach and model Christian living in the church, the Bible School, and the community at large.
  2. Dave is actively teaching in Bethel Bible Institute and hosting a weekly class on evangelism in Golgotha Christian Center.
  3. Dave is also now leader of the evangelism and missions team at Golgotha, planning outreaches and missions emphases.
  4. Kelly is home-schooling the children as well as building relationships with the community and church members in the various activities that she is attending.
  5. Kelly is also assisting in the children’s program at Golgotha.

They ask for prayer for:

  • Pray for the maximization of their time, so that they can continue to focus not only on ministry efforts, but personal spiritual and familial growth as well.
  • Pray for their health as Dave is looking into the possibility of surgery for his deviated septum
  • Pray for the decision-making process in selecting a schooling option for their kids. The options are great, but the time to weigh all of them is little.
  • Pray for continued insight into the Yucatecan Culture so that they might be able to minister with maximum effectiveness.
