Prayer Focus: The Bustos and Cave Families

Their current involvement:

  1. Miqueas and Donna are on the Educators team, teaching in Mexico City and working with national church leadership.
  2. David is a student at Southeastern Bible College in Lakeland, FL.

They ask for prayer for:

  • wisdom and strength
  • health
  • David as he studies and prepares for his future

Dave and Nancy–SOUTHERN MEXICO

The Cave Family

Their current involvement:

  • Dave and Nancy have traveled throughout Mexico building churches and teaching in local Bible Institutes.

They ask for prayer for:

  • healing and strength
  • continued joy
  • God’s provision

Urgent Request:

  • Remember Art and Joyce Stoneking as they grieve the loss of Art’s brother who died in his sleep last week. He was 46 years old and leaves behind his wife and five children.

Weekly Prayer Focus: The Heart of Darkness

HOD HeartThe Heart of Darkness is represented by three Assembly of God districts: El Centro, El Bahio, and El Occidente.

This week’s prayer focus is on the El Centro district, which is comprised of 15 regions and 160 ministers. Each region has committed to starting 2 new churches.

Pray:

  • for the leadership and ministers of El Centro
  • for Holy Spirit momemtum for the new church plants
  • for the demolition of strongholds, arguments and pretensions set up against the knowledge of God. (2 Cor 10:3-5 )!

Urgent Requests:

  • Continue to pray for Dave Cave who is battling cancer.
    Pray for Nancy also as she fights in this storm by Dave’s side
  • Continue praying for Andrew Kenney, diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. He is 22 years old and son of John, former Youth Director of the Potomac District.
